Hello! My name is Lucia Macias and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and my Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling both from Tarleton State University. I provide counseling services in both English and Spanish. My client population includes children, adolescents and adults. I am currently working with individuals in-person and through telehealth. My theoretical approach is integrative with a focus in cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy. Some of my clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, stress management, cultural, generational, and relational struggles, self-esteem/self-worth, and emotion regulation among others. As a counselor, it is my goal to help guide individuals through their growing and healing journey.
