Hello! I am glad you have taken the first step in bettering your mental health! My name is Ariel Hernandez I am an LPC-A under the direct supervision of Gaby Garcia, LPC-S, Psy-D. I hold a bachelors of psychology degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a masters in clinical mental health counseling from Tarleton State University. I have clinical experience working with anxiety depression, anger management, loss, suicidal ideation, life transitions, emotional regulation, and trauma. I work from a person-centered approach and work with my clients to help find solutions and skills that work best for them. I currently take clients virtually. The population I work with is adolescents and adults.
